Step 1: Goal Identification

Talk to a designer over the phone and tell us your ideas and vision.

Step 2: Wireframe

The sitemap provides the foundation for your website. It helps to give us an idea of the website’s information structure and relationships between the various pages and content elements.

We will build a mockup of the website using a wireframe design.  Wireframes provide a quick way to visually see the layout design and content elements.

A wireframe doesn’t contain any final design elements, (photos, text, etc.) it is a guide for how the site will look.

Step 3: Moving Current Content

Once your website’s framework is in place, we can start transferring your current data to the new website.
If you need to add or change any content, this would be the time to send it to us.

Images and graphics may be optimized to make sure they display properly and quickly.

Step 4: Search engine optimization (SEO)

Meta SEO tags, Meta Title and Meta Description will be included from the old site or added.

Step 4: Testing

Once the site has all its visuals and content, it's time for testing.

Each page will be tested to make sure all links are working, and that the website loads properly on all devices and browsers.

Step 5: Launch Time

Now it’s time for everyone’s favorite part of the website design process: When everything has been thoroughly tested, and you’re happy with the site, it’s time to launch.

Don’t expect this to go perfectly. There may still bel some elements that need fixing. Web design is a fluid and ongoing process that requires constant maintenance.

Post Launch & Management Options

A key thing to remember is that after your website is live, it’s not the end of the job.  You may still need to continually add new content and features, and refine your content to help you keep up to date, this can be done by you with the page builder or if you need us to manage your updates, we have affordable management options that fit your budget.

Step 1: Collect Current Site and Hosting details

We may need your current login information for your hosting provider and login information for your website if you're currently using a CMS.
If you don't have this information, we can still move forward, it will just take a little more time.

Step 2: Transfer

We will transfer your website to our hosting and send you the needed information to edit your DNS at your DNS service provider. If you're just transferring the website without any upgrades, then it's a simple process.

If you're upgrading your website with new features, we may setup a development test site to setup and test before going live.

Step 3: Testing

Once your website has been transferred, we will test each page to make sure links are working and it's optimized for fast loading, and that the website loads properly on all devices and browsers.

Step 4: Launch Time

Now it’s time for everyone’s favorite part of the website design process: When everything has been thoroughly tested, and you’re happy with the site, it’s time to launch.
