DMCA Policy

Last Updated: 2/25/2026

ibusinesshosting.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the process for submitting and responding to copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices, and we may remove or disable access to material alleged to be infringing. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, displayed, hosted, or distributed through a website hosted by ibusinesshosting.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written DMCA Notice that includes the following:

Required Information (Per DMCA §512(c)(3))

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material and its specific location (URL) on our servers.
3. Your contact information, including your full legal name, address, phone number, and email.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent
ibusinesshosting.com
Email: legal@ibusinesshosting.com
Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification (For Site Owners)

If your content was removed or disabled due to a DMCA complaint and you believe the claim was made in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a valid DMCA counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and its prior location.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your hosting provider’s jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notifications to the same DMCA Agent email:

legal@ibusinesshosting.com

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent restoration.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and industry best practices, ibusinesshosting.com may suspend or terminate the accounts of customers who are found to be repeat infringers.
We reserve the right to define “repeat infringer,” but it generally includes:

* Multiple valid DMCA notices
* Failure to remove infringing content
* Intentional or malicious copyright violations

5. Removal of Material

When we receive a valid DMCA notice:

* We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
* We will notify the customer who owns the affected account
* We may request additional information from either party as needed

We are not required to—and generally will not—act as a mediator in disputes.

6. Misuse of the DMCA

Submitting false DMCA claims is illegal. Under DMCA §512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that content is infringing may be held liable for damages, attorney fees, and costs.

Please ensure your claim is legitimate before filing.
